Shipping and Handling is based on the amount of your order total In the rare case that shipping and handling charges exceed the amount shown, we will notify you. Alex Toys does not ship outside of the US or US territories.
We strive to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible. Orders are normally shipped out within 2 business days after placing your order. Occasionally we are closed for extended holiday hours.

- UPS 3 Day Select: approximately 3 business days
- UPS Next Day Air: arrives approximately 1 business day
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped with a UPS tracking number.

Mon 12/16 . Last day to ship UPS Ground for arrival by 12/24
Tues 12/17 Choose Express shipping - 3 day select for arrival by 12/24.
Wed 12/18 Choose Express shipping – 3 day select for arrival by 12/24
Thurs 12/19 – Order by 10AM EST Choose Express Overnight shipping for arrival by Christmas. Orders placed after 10AM EST not be reviewed or processed until Wed 1/2/14
Fri 12/20 to Wed 1/1: ALEX Toys is currently closed for the Holidays. All orders placed will not be reviewed or processed until Wed 1/2/14

All orders ship UPS. You will receive an Order Shipment Confirmation email when your order ships. You can check the shipment status of your order(s) by clicking the UPS tracking link in the email.

Alex Toys does not ship internationally, at this time, however ALEX products are currently sold in over 80 countries worldwide in the upscale specialty market through a myriad or retailers, catalogs and websites. Chances are there is a retailer just around the corner. For more information on how to purchase our products internationally you can locate a distributor of ALEX products here
We do not ship to PO Box addresses, however we can process orders shipped to APO or FPO addresses. Choose the appropriate shipping locations when ordering online.
All returns must be processed with Shopatron. When you receive your order, the contact information will be displayed in the paperwork. Please keep your paperwork in case you need to arrange for returns or exchanges, and read the instructions thoroughly for faster processing of returns. Alex Toys does not pay for return shipping.
Merchandise will be accepted for return within 30 days of invoice. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. Returns without the proper paperwork will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs will not be refunded.
Purchases made using ALEX Toys Gift Cards are only eligible for a merchandise exchange.
